Have you decided that you would like to become a part of CFIA? If so, read the Network Agreement below before filling out the application. If you agree with every point of the agreement, then proceed to the application. There are several options for filling out the form and returning it:

It should be noted that CFIA was created as means to spiritually uplift ministry leaders. It is not a means of financial support for the members. When your application has been received, you will receive acknowledgement by email, unless you do not have access. When your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email detailing the outcome of the review. If you do not have access to email, you will receive communication by mail.
