Women find themselves in more varied roles in their lives today that at any other time in history. Not only do women fulfill the traditional roles of wives and mothers, but also those of managers, leaders, and ministers. As she juggles these roles, a woman must find balance, and not lose herself in the process.
While acting in these capacities, women minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of others. The responsibility is great and requires a broad scope of qualities and characteristics.
Much like a lion, a women must posses tenacity and courage to never back down as she stands for righteousness on behalf of her family and loved ones. Deborah pastors Crossfire Church along with her husband Harvey in Colorado. She is also the President and founder of Deborah Ministries International and has traveled to over twenty nations to minister the gospel. She is excited to be bringing a fresh message to the Sixth Annual Crossfire Church Womens Conference.

Donna is a strong vocalist and has been on the worship team at Crossfire for three years. She has held various positions on other church worship teams as well and has an extensive background in music.
