Deborah's Experience:
With more than twenty-five years in full time ministry, Deborah has taught the Word of God both nationally and internationally. She has spent more than 21 years in pastoral leadership. Her leadership experience includes being the Executive Director supervising the pastoral staff of a 2000+ member church. She has also been the vice president of a large international teaching ministry. She has been the keynote speaker at numerous leadership training seminars and Bible schools across the globe. She founded Deborah Ministries International in 1996 and continues to serve as its president. Deborah has received an apostolic mantle from the Lord, whereby she is being used of God to reach entire denominations through teaching and ministering to their leadership. Deborah is accountable in the Lord to her board of directors, her prayer and financial partners, and her dedicated team of intercessors. Through these people Deborah receives Godly intercession, accountability, direction, and wisdom.
Deborah's Salvation
Testimony:
"In
1979, a woman named Rose Batt was living in a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Rose's personal love for the Lord was
evident. One day Rose felt that the Lord
had impressed her to call a young woman she had only met briefly and invite her
to Bible Study. She made the phone call, and a very surprised young woman
accepted her invitation. In that Bible Study, that young woman learned that she
needed to be born again. She chose to give her life to the Lord, and over the
course of time received and answered a call to full-time ministry. I was
that young woman whose life was eternally changed.
Rose Batt and I never became close friends,
in fact I moved away shortly thereafter. How could Rose know that her
simple act of obedience could have such far-reaching consequences? Perhaps she'll
be amazed to learn of all the people who have been touched through one woman's
life of ministry! I am so grateful that Rose allowed herself to be used of
God that day."
Personal:
Deborah was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1979. A gifted teacher, she spends much time in the Word. She is actively involved pastorally and with the women's ministry of Crossfire, a Church Without Walls, the local church she and her husband pastor. She and Harvey have been married for thirty-five years and reside in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Their three grown daughters have families of their own, all living in Colorado. Deborah spends much time enjoying her six grandchildren.
