International Scope and Focus 
    
Deborah Ministries International is committed to bringing the Good News of the Gospel to the places that God has ordained. Deborah Wittmier, president and founder of Deborah Ministries, travels overseas regularly, bringing the message of Grace and solid doctrinal teaching to churches and church leadership. God has opened many doors for Deborah Ministries in over twenty countries across the globe.  There are also several more nations that God has laid directly on Deborah’s heart, such as China, Japan, and Somalia.

History of Deborah Ministries International

Deborah Ministries International was founded in 1996 by Deborah Wittmier. Deborah Ministries, Inc. began as a teaching and counseling ministry with occasional key-note conference speaking and pulpit engagements, however God had a much bigger plan for Deborah Ministries.  In 1999, Deborah heard God's voice tell her to go to India and "see the work" there. Once in Calcutta, India, she witnessed hopelessness and darkness as she had never seen before. God birthed a new thing within her and she received the call to move from a counseling focus in ministry to an international teaching ministry. She then began traveling overseas to minister. 

By 2006, groundbreaking work had taken place in many countries, including: U.S., Kenya, Nepal, India, Thailand, Scotland, Ireland, England, Canada, Paraguay, Brazil, and Tanzania. Through the prophetic celebration of DMI's ten-year anniversary, God imparted an apostolic mantle to Deborah Ministries International to accomplish much for the Kingdom in many nations that traditionally have been bound by anti-Christian cultural and religious barriers. The year 2010 was marked as a year of exponential expansion for Deborah Ministries International with the launch of CrossFire International Alliance, an alliance of ministries that are joined in leadership for these last days. The apostolic mantle that the Lord has placed upon Deborah and her husband Harvey finds its outlet through this alliance, the purpose of which is to build up and mentor leaders who are advancing the kingdom of God!

The growth in the scope and breadth of the ministry has been God-ordained. What started as a small local ministry evolved into an apostolic ministry whereby Deborah travels to overseas nations throughout the year preaching and teaching the Gospel of Grace through Jesus Christ. By the power of the Holy Spirit, Deborah's ministry is becoming known across the globe as a ministry that breaks centuries of wrong belief systems for individuals, church bodies, and entire denominations. This is accomplished through personal ministry, key-note conference speaking, guest preaching in churches, leadership conferences, and teaching Bible school seminars. 

There is much work yet to be done. With increased work comes increased costs -- demanding increased commitment levels both spiritually and financially. Our monthly financial and prayer partner base must grow larger if we are to be able to do the work set out for us to do. We continually look to the Lord to provide additional support through new partners who come alongside to share in the seeding and harvest.
